1 Day Market Domination Strategy Session: The unique Supreme Inc philosophy is 'Strategy By Objective' (SBO). The one-day Market Domination Strategic Planning Session with a company’s strategic decision-makers (up to 8 to 10 people at the session to ensure smooth progress) is designed to explore your business targets with you and together, we agree upon the most rewarding strategies to accomplish your targets. Of course, it'll be up to us to suggest the most rewarding strategy. At the end of the 1 Day Market Domination Strategy session itself, we will have formulated a “GREEN” marketing plan. That is, a marketing plan without the numbers - dates, budgets, etc.) If at the end of the day, everyone doesn’t enthusiastically support the market domination strategy developed by the team, then our recommendations do not RIPEN and BEAR FRUIT.

We will be available via email or telephone to discuss any questions you may have.

    Where do sessions take place?

    It's your call. Usually we have sessions at your offices. If we have to travel out of country, We will fly in the night before so we can start the meeting first thing in the morning. Otherwise, we can have the meeting at any of our offices in Sierra Leone, all easily accessible from major hotels.

    Who should attend?

    All the key decision makers should participate in the strategy session. We suggest, however, that no more than 8 to 10 people participate. Too few people and we don't get all the input needed; too many people and we have to slow down the pace of the meeting which makes it harder to reach decisions.

    When can a strategy session be scheduled?

    Scheduling a session is determined by your calendar and our availability. Sessions can be a week from today or several months from now, whatever works best for you.
