Supreme Events - no one does it better

HRH The Prince of Wales' visit to Sierra Leone: November 2006: In collaboration with the British High Commission Sierra Leone, The British Council Sierra Leone, IMATT and other security personnel AND the management of the Freetown Golf Club, Supreme Events actively participated in the planning and management of the Cultural Celebrations organised for His Royal Highness, Prince Charles, The Prince of Wales' visit on November 27th 2006 at the Freetown Golf Club in Freetown. Supreme Events supplied the Public Address (PA) System for the ROYAL event. Supreme Music Artistes were the sole performers of contemporary popular music at the event. Lawrence Spencer-Coker - President of Supreme Inc - had the personal honour and distinction of MCing the royal occassion. Tom Walsh, Director of British Council Sierra Leone and Cultural Attache to the British High Commission had this to say about LSC and his team:

" Your help and that of your team was simply invaluable! Without it we simply would not have been able to put on such an impressive and very much appreciated display of the rich music, drama, cultural and educational life of Sierra Leone. I know that Prince Charles really enjoyed the whole event and I very much want to thank you for all your personal support in making it such a clear success..."

SIERRA LEONE BREWERY CLIMAX & ROYAL CLUB JINGLE COMPETITION: The leading brewer and distributor of beer in Sierra Leone used the jingle competition to launch two new brands into the Sierra Leonean market. Climax, an energy drink and Royal Club, a shandy drink. Popular Sierra Leonean artists were commissioned to produce two jingles each - one for each product - in a winner takes all competition. Lawrence Spencer-Coker was Chief Judge and he was instrumental in formulating the judging criteria. Contestants were judged on, Message Delivery, Musical Beat, Stage Presentation and Jingle Duration. Supreme Events conceptualised the branding and branded the venue, which was Paddy's International Bar & Restaurant in Aberdeen.

Supreme produced a video documentary of the event. The Climax competition was won by the KallBoxx Family and the Linx Family won the Shandy competition.

Swank Couture Fashion Spectacular 2006 proudly sponsored by the Freetown Cold Storage: Swank Couture is the leading Fashion House in Sierra Leone. The Swank Fashion Spectacular, an annual event, raises funds for The City of Rest and Drugs Rehabilitation Centre - which is the only centre of its kind providing a home and rehab centre for Sierra Leonean drug addicts of all ages from any part of the world. The 2006 fundraiser happened at the Aqua Sports and Boating Club in Freetown. Supreme Events handled promotions, provided the PA System, lighting and some back stage management.

The unique husband and wife team of Lawrence and Nicky Spencer-Coker were the event MCs. We initiated an impromptu auction and raised TWO MILLION LEONES for the City of Rest.

Nokia 2006 End of Year Cash Bonanza Promotion: To celebrate the start of a brand new year, Nokia organised a raffle draw promotion in Sierra Leone. In the promotion, three Nokia phones - the Nokia 1110i, the Nokia 1600 and the Nokia 2300 - were promoted. The idea was, buy any one of the 3 phones mentioned from any authorised Nokia dealer in Sierra Leone and automatically enter a raffle competition to win up to FIFTY MILLION LEONES - about TEN THOUSAND BRITISH POUNDS. Consolation prizes included TWENTY FIVE MILLION LEONES and TEN MILLION LEONES. Supreme Events organised the branding of the venue and the guest list. We also supplied the PA System and the entertainment for the Star Prize draw event in Sierra Leone, which included, Snow-V, SKYY, and Slash G who serenaded the STAR PRIZE Winner with his hit religious song, Winner. Present at the event, representing Nokia HQ were: the West Africa Area Manager for Nokia - Yannick Dabaupte; and the Channel Manager - Arthur Moloko. Both thought the event was "just perfect". Yannick, in his short address to the audience said that Nokia are planning to maintain a huge presence in Sierra Leone and will soon start offering the global guarantees on their products, so if there are any problems they can be fixed free of charge by Nokia specialists in Sierra Leone during the guarantee period. Nokia's presence in Sierra Leone has been truly enhanced as a result of this promotion.

We have also been a part of some other great events. We took part in the Chancellor's Banquet on the 16th February 2007 - Kimbima Hotel - to celebrate 180 years of the Fourah Bay College. The President of Supreme Inc, Lawrence Omolare Spencer-Coker was Master of Ceremonies, as he was with his wife, Nicky, at the Pink Charity Ball, the Independent Media Commission (IMC) Media Awards, the All Works of Life (AWOL) Awards, the Celtel Premier Music Awards, and other corporate events of distinction happening in Sierra Leone.
